Ways
to motivate your staff
It's
8:45am and your branch is about to open
its doors. Your staff
gathers around your plasma or kiosk screen to watch a message from the
Bank President. They have been waiting on news about the upcoming
merger and how it will affect their seniority. After listening to the 5
minute message, they are relieved to hear the news they have been
waiting for, directly from the big boss.
This is just one of countless examples of
how a central video messaging
system can help train and motivate your employees.
If you have previously investigated these
types of systems and were put
off by the price, it may be time to reconsider. Technologies and costs
have changed rapidly in the last year. Let us know if we can fill in
the details for you. Current customers can add this feature to their
existing systems for the cost of a new module.

New wave of computer bugs
In August and September 2003 the world experienced a wave of nasty
computer bugs targeted to Windows platform, networked computers. The
kiosk industry was not immune. These bugs were revolutionary because
they transmitted and infected invisibly. Until now, most bugs required
the user to download an infected e-mail attachment or file.
What we learned:
No single software solution, or network policy will ever prevent all
future disruptions. A combination of several prevention, detection and
reaction systems will go a long way toward keeping your Windows based
system online. Supporting hundreds of systems on the public Internet
provides our support staff with a fertile environment for knowing what
solutions do and don't work. Feel free to give us a call and we can
share our recent experiences.
